I had the chicken nanban set meal for lunch and was surprised that the tartare tasted like mentaiko...but I think I prefer the regular tartare with a bit more sourness. However, for me, the main dish was the mentaiko with free refills, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Finish off with dashi chazuke with mentaiko and mustard greens. It was delicious. I always hesitate and stop eating, but I'm also curious about the offal nabe meal.
