外の天気は暑く…少し休憩しようということでカフェを探すことに。
前から気になっていたクレープ屋さんが近くにある！ということで行ってきました。
■クレープ ブリュレ ¥800
クレープの間には薄く生クリームが入っており、ミルクレープのように巻き巻きされた上にブリュレとバニラアイスが乗せてありました。
ナイフとフォークを使ってパンケーキのようにいただきました。上のキャラメリゼされた部分がパリッとしており、そのあとにクレープとクリームがふわっとくる感じです。飽きのこないちょうど良い甘さ、美味しかったです。
ガレットも気になりますね。こちらは、がっつり主食といった感じでしょうか。次回来店時のお楽しみにとっておきます。
