札幌市白石区菊水にあるカフェモリヒコのホテルやサウナもあるコンセプトカフェ。
北海道の名カフェモリヒコはおしゃれカフェの師匠として訪問するだけで学びが多い。つまりいろんな仕掛けがあってシンプルに楽しい。
道内13店舗を誇るモリヒコ。1996年のスタートの地は円山公園の古民家。アートディレクターの市川草介氏は独自の世界観が超絶天才的なめちゃくちゃ優れた方です。それぞれのお店を見ては悶絶して尊敬してます。

サラダを盛るプレートは長崎の波佐見焼のブラック小皿。札幌のおしゃれインテリアショップSUUで購入して自宅にあるので友達に会った気分。お皿探しまくってようやく見つけた一品。モリヒコに教えてもらったらよかったのかー。めちゃかっこいいけど、油が入って油染みのムラができやすく、値段も張るし、ざらざらして使いにくいのに、きれいに業務で使っている。わーお これはすごーい✨めちゃ尊敬デス。
あっなんと本棚に自宅にいる大好きな埼玉が誇る賢人 本多静六の古めの本があってマーカーが引いてある〜 こちらは久しぶりに師匠に会った気分。そこでマークが引いてあるのが上記の一文。すごーい✨
