朝食ビッフェが復活です。
一年半振りです。
朝食ビッフェが復活したらしい。
ここの売りの窯で焼いたラムが好きなんです。
7時過ぎにお邪魔したがすんなり座れた。
8時半頃退席したが待ちのお客さんが大勢。
並んでる料理を一巡してチェック。
ラムとポークロースト、オムレツはシェフの実演。
その他はお好きなように。
驚くほど種類は多くは無いが、
それぞれの品がハイクオリティ。
特にラムとポーク。
これはここのお勧め。
いか飯味のご飯にクラムチャウダー掛けた
リゾット風が激うま！
揚げいものポテサラも気に入った。
ローストした甘海老も美味しかった。
台湾カステラも。
ハンバーグには日の丸が。
シェフに注文したがこれって子供用なのか？
今回宿泊して思ったことは、
フロント、レストランの方々の接客が良い。
部屋は価格以上に寛げた事。
朝食が美味しかった事です。
また宿泊したいホテル。
ランチビッフェもまた行きたいな。
腹一杯食べてきました！
東京ドームホテルの時はお邪魔した事有るが、
ホテルのリブランド後、初訪問。
リブランドしてから行ってみたかったが
やっと訪問できた。(^O^)/
情報によると肉系が多いとの事で
超期待して予約しました。
今回は小平、幌加内、沼田フェアーでした。
大通公園が見える
窓際の席へ案内された。
ライラック祭りで大通の賑わい見ながらの
食事は気分爽快！
何時も通り先ずは料理を一周。
なるほど肉が沢山提供されてるぞ！
牛、ラム、豚にチキンそしてソーセージやら
ピザ、野菜などが窯で焼かれてるよ。(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
これはヘビーな戦いになるな～～？
中華料理も定番の餡かけ焼きそば、
炒飯、麻婆豆腐、焼売、
鶏唐揚げ、春巻きなど。
エビチリも有りましたがエビも
大き目で美味しかった！
野菜も充実してたしデザートも良いね！
合鴨のつみれ汁、雪中味噌鍋、
スープカレーにルーカレー、
スパゲティはソース3種類から
好みの物を自分でどうぞスタイル。
オムライスに天ぷらにあとは？
思い出せないが沢山有りました。
ただ、生系の海鮮が無かったのが
やや残念でした。
時間制限もなく食べ続けましたが
多分肉は1キロ近くは食べたかも？
エビは20尾はクリアーしたか？
デザートも胃部の限界まで頑張りました。
いや～～食べ過ぎました。
もう暫くはバイキングはいらないかなって
感じになりました？
席は満席に成ることなく前半の方が
空いていました。
後半は8割程度の入りようで
予約なくても大丈夫そうした。
札幌では最上位の価格帯でしたが
価格に比して損は無いかと？

先週食べて美味しかった料理をメインで。
ラムとポーク、クラムチャウダーがいいね！
スープカレーにはローストしたエビや
ベーコンなどを入れて食べた。
ポテサラも旨いな。
また、朝食食べに行こう。
それともランチにしようかな？
