ハイクオリティ。
北海道を堪能出来るディナービュッフェでした。
お肉美味しかった〜〜。牛肉、ラム肉、豚肉のステーキにたくさんの種類の好みのソースなど付けるのが一番気に入りました。
お寿司も美味しかった、揚げたて熱々の天麩羅も美味しかった、和洋中バラエティに富んだラインナップのメニューはどれも臨場感溢れるほぼ「出来立て」のものばかり。
熱いものは熱々、冷たいものは冷たく。
久しぶりにホテルのビュッフェの真骨頂を見た気がします。
デザートも美味し過ぎて落ちたほっぺがまた元に戻ってしまいました。
個人的にクレームブリュレ絶品でした。

道外からのお友達が来たので、今回はこちらのビュッフェへお邪魔しました。
予約時の食べログクーポンで10%割引でした。
こちらはお肉が充実していて、実演のお寿司、天婦羅、アイスクリームなどもありまして、どれもとてもクオリティ高いです。
接客も丁寧でお皿を下げてくださるタイミングなども絶妙で、楽しく食事出来ました。
とても賑わっていましたよ。
今回は飲み放題も付けました。
サッポロクラシック含め、カクテルやサワー、ワインなど飲み放題です。
待たされる事なくおかわりも来ましたし、また次に機会があったら是非訪れたいです。
