緊急の事情で札幌市。
ラーメンも、スープカレーも近くにたくさんあったけど、どこにも行けなかったから、せめて朝食ブッフェを楽しもうとオードリーさんへ。
朝食ブッフェは1人２５００円で払えば宿泊客じゃなくても食べられるみたいです。
有名ホテルではないけど、雰囲気があって、いろいろと目玉的なお料理も並んでいてとても満足感がありました。
グリルではシェフがローストビーフとローストポークを個々に切り分けてくれます。私のは少なめでお願いしたもの。本来なら２切れずつとかだと思う。朝から贅沢なメインをいただきました(๑>◡<๑)
北海道リゾットチャウダーは森産いかめしのリゾット風に、美瑛牛乳・猿払産ホタテのチャウダーをかけて、ニセコ産きたあかりのフリットをのせたもの。とても美味しかった！
牛肉にこだわったビーフシチュー、こだわり野菜のバーニャカウダー、などなど地産地消にも力を入れているようです。
和風のおかずやお粥もあって、それぞれのクオリティも高めで、いろんな人が楽しめるブッフェでした。
巣蜜入り台湾風カステラをはじめ、デザート系も楽しく美味しい♫
ブッフェって、目でも楽しむものですよね。
少なめに取ったつもりでも、ついついテーブルいっぱいになっちゃいました。
最後はお腹パンパンでしたが、とても美味しくいただく事ができました。
