食事に合う日本酒・ワインを中心に扱っていた酒屋が立ち飲みもできる店舗にリニューアル |
予定はしていませんでした。
いつも通りウォーキングで白石まで歩く予定だったのですが、昼間に仕事で結構歩いたのと、あまりの暑さにダウン、苗穂駅からJRに乗ろうと思ったら、目に入ったんですw
まずはビールから、と思ったりもしましたが、そうじゃないべ！笑
よく分からずに入りましたが、燗で美味しい酒を推している酒屋のようですね。
さすがに今日は燗は・・・。
・上川大雪 純米大吟醸 (北海道) 500円
最近、わが母校で酒を作ったとニュースになってましたな。
飲むのは初めてでしたが、奥深い旨味に包み込まれるような酒で、甘めでした。
・燻製セット 650円
岩見沢の燻製屋の商品、こちら行こうと思っていた店、偶然の出会い！w
スモークサーモン・大豆・鯖の3種類でした。
燻製はつまみには鉄板ですね、旨い！
・生もとのどぶ にごり酒 (奈良県) 400円
超辛口、店主おすすめ、暑い日に。
これ好き！
やっぱり辛口がいいなあ。
でも旨味もしっかり感じられる良い酒。
やばいやばい、これくらいにしとかないと、家にたどり着けなくなる！笑
