伺ったのは多分もう6回か7回目くらいです
札幌の夜遅くまで営業している穴場カフェです
場所は札幌ファクトリーの中央の庭園の階段を登って扉を出たところからまっすぐ森の方へ歩くとあります
ファクトリーを経由しなくても行けますが、入り口が分かりにくいと思うので…
ちなみに入館時に靴を脱ぐので靴下必至です
この日は日曜日なのでやはり満席でしたが、すぐ着席することができました
今回注文したのは
期間限定のミモザとキウイのパフェ
ホットティー
ホットティーはセットと単品があり、単品だとポットで、セットだとカップ1杯です
この日は喉が渇いていたのでポットでいただきました
パフェはミモザとありますが、実際は飾り付けと見た目だけでミモザの味や香りは特にしません
上は大きなソフトクリームが乗っているので、ガッツリですが、下はキウイとレモンのソースでさっぱりといただけました
エルダーフラワーのゼリーもとても美味しかったです
中間部分にある黄色い飾り付けの部分がモサモサ〜っとしていて食感が面白かったです
パフェは恒常メニュー4つほど＋月替わりで期間限定メニューがあります
その月の期間限定は電話しないと分からないので、必ず電話確認するのがオススメです
ちなみに毎年3月か4月は桜のパフェが出ます
今年の3月はミモザだったので、多分桜は4月なのかな
鹿肉のミートソーススパゲティなど北海道らしいメニューや、サンドイッチ、ビーフシチューといった喫茶店らしいメニューもあり何度来ても飽きないのが最高です
