青島飯店で麺くい
DragonBowlから変わって「青島飯店」になって
おいしい中華を近場で食べられるのですが
麺がまたおいしい。
だーりんは担々麺
辛すぎず肉のうまみがコクとして
麺に絡みます。
いい色ー！
担々麺ののどごしが
肉などの細かいうまみで身体を満たすように流れます。
eruは広東麺
餡の琥珀色と大きめ野菜がたまらないです。
なんで暑い日も寒い日も
広東麺って食べられちゃうんでしょう・・・。
とぅるんとぅるん物っておいじぃ・・・。
街中華としてはちょっと広めで立派なお店が前ですが
気軽に入ることができるので
気に入ってる近場のお店です。

至近距離に中華店が３軒って
めずらしいと思うんです。
町中華だから親しみやすいし。
その一軒の青島飯店です。
中華の一品料理って
無性に食べたくなります。
イギリスも中華がおいしいって
だーりんが行くたびに言うけれど
どうも入る気にならないのです。
日本食屋さんも入りません。
町中華の心地よさに慣れてる自分には
他国でそのポテンシャルを感じる気がしないの。
Bluepostsの通路を抜けたら中華街だけど
まず行かないなあ…。
それにさあ…回鍋肉って英語でなんて言うんだ？
エビチリはメニューで何となく探せそうだけれど。
中華鍋の中で盛大に踊ったんだろうなあって予想される
噛み応えのいいキャベツが美味しいね。
エビチリのあん、ご飯にかけたいね。
ホッとする～。
青島飯店さんは
一品料理の品数だと３店舗中１番だから
自分で作らない組み合わせが勉強になります。
豚ハツやカシューナッツは家でなかなか用意しないもの。
好みに合わせてお店選びが出来るのが迷うけど楽しいです。
