まろやかな中に酸味のある担々麺と、絶妙な塩加減の炒飯の、ボリュームあるセット！
祝日の開店直後の11時半に到着。
先客2名、後から2名。
地下鉄バスセンター前駅の近く、南1条通沿いにある。
以前も中華料理屋(未訪)だった物件。
中華風の広々とした店内。コの字のカウンターがある。
ホール係1名、厨房2名。中国語らしき会話が聞こえる。
今回は『担々麺+炒飯』(980円)のセットを注文。
程なくして登場。ザーサイと杏仁豆腐付き。
担々麺のスープは胡麻のまろやかさに、酢の酸味がある。
中辛派にはなかなか辛め。唐辛子のみで花椒は使われていないかな？
ラーメンの麺、やや硬めでいい感じ。
具はネギ、モヤシ、ホウレン草に肉味噌。
炒飯はハーフではない。しっとり、絶妙なコクと塩加減で美味い！
玉子とネギ以外に具はなし。
ザーサイは細切れ、こちらも辛め。
杏仁豆腐はプルップルで甘くなく美味い！
満足の美味さでした。
酢が入っているのと花椒の香りがなかったので、私の好みの担々麺とはちょっと違ったけど、クオリティはなかなか。
炒飯は美味かった。
さすがにお腹いっぱい。このボリュームで千円以下は安い！
食後にコーヒーが出るとのことだったけど、遠慮した。
次回はあんかけ焼きそばか麻婆豆腐を。

土曜の開店直後の11時半に到着。
先客2組、後から2組と2名。昼前なのに人気ある。
2年ちょっとぶり2回目の訪問。
地下鉄バスセンター前駅4番出口を反対側へ、中小路を左へ、南1条通を右へ、徒歩2分。
ホール係1名、厨房1名。
2年前より30～100円値上げ。このご時世、仕方ない。
今回は『海鮮あんかけそばセット』(950円)を注文。
10分程で先客分に続いて登場。スープ、サラダ、杏仁豆腐付き。
塩味の餡だけど、ダシが濃厚で美味い！！
麺は焦げ目がついているけど、もう少しパリパリ感があったほうが。
エビがプリプリ、ベビーホタテも濃厚！他に具はマッシュルームやシメジといったキノコ類も。
玉子スープ、かなりとろみがある。具はワカメも。
サラダは大根メイン、サウザンドレッシングがかかっている。
杏仁豆腐は甘くなく美味い！ミカンも。
今回も満足の美味さでした。
なかなかお腹いっぱい、思ったよりボリュームあった。横の客の回鍋肉は山盛り…。
前回もそうだったけど、やはりこちらは盛りがいい！ので、多少の値上げは気にならない！
次回は『麻婆豆腐丼』かな。
