【あんかけ焼きそば】
この日はどうしても、あんかけ焼きそばを
食べたくて仕方ない日でした。
あんかけ焼きそばってコンビニで
買ってもいいんですけど、べちゃっと
しているので、やっぱりお店で作った
熱々のが食べたいんですよね。
こちらのは白菜も人参もキクラゲもたっぷりで、
餡の量もちょうど良く、麺は焦げた部分もあり、
心が求めていたあんかけ焼きそばそのもので
とても美味しかったです！
特別どこかが美味しいというわけでは
なかったのですが、求めている味に
とても近かったので、大衆中華としての
王道中の王道な味ということで…
お酢よりもカラシの方が合います！
結構油が多かったのですが、
味変すると最後まで美味しく食べれました。

【大学バナナ】
大学芋のバナナバージョン。
提供しているお店あんまりないので、
つい追加注文しました。
出来立ての衣はべちゃっとしているのですが、
手前の氷水に軽くつけてから食べると
外側がカリッとした食感になります。
中のバナナが熱々トロトロで
とても美味しかったです！
およそバナナ1本分の量ですが、
衣が結構厚めなので、食べ応えがありました。
シェア向けです。

地下鉄東西線バスセンター駅から徒歩10分ほど。
1階なので分かりやすいです。

雪まつりが開催されていた時期で、人が多い
大通やすすきのには絶対行きたくなかったので、
以前から気になっていたこちらに来ました。
案の定人は少なめで、日本人しかいません。
店内の装飾もこだわっていて、
テーブルも広く居心地良いです。
強いて言うなら、
トイレはお店を廊下へ出たところの
施設共通のトイレしかないので、
そこまで綺麗ではなかったのが残念です。
湯圓(お湯に浸かった胡麻団子)
など普通の大衆中華ではあまり置いてない
メニューが多かったので、
次回来た時に挑戦したいです。
