I wandered around the city wanting to eat Cantonese noodles. The shop's appearance gives off a delicious atmosphere. I entered the restaurant around 7pm, so there were people partying at various tables. Partying at a Chinese restaurant is also quite nice. I ordered Cantonese noodles and spring rolls right away. The spring rolls were slightly wider and crispy and hot and delicious. However, I personally prefer more bamboo shoots. Then the Cantonese noodles were brought out. This one was unusually salty. I usually eat soy sauce flavored, so it was a bit refreshing. The ginger was effective. There are many types of ingredients, and this is the first time I've ever been to a restaurant that has bagar mushrooms. It was a good amount! I tried changing the flavor by adding vinegar, chili oil, and super spicy sauce. The super spicy sauce wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be, and the flavor was great! I'll go looking for soy sauce flavored Cantonese noodles tomorrow. I saw the photos posted by other people, and the bright red tantan noodles look delicious. I'll be back.
