大通ビッセ４階にあるイタリアンレストラン。木の温もりが感じられるお店はとてもオシャレな空間です。
こちらはパスタやハンバーグが気軽に味わえるレストランです。
休日のランチで訪問、ランチタイムはサラダやスープがサービスされるセットが用意されています。お得なランチワインもありますよ。
生パスタが頂きたかったので
「川瀬工房のラクレットとマッシュルーム、合鴨のミートソース」（１，２１０円）、
「ランチ赤ワイン」（３３０円）を注文しました。
最初に赤ワイン・サラダ・スープが。
サラダはレタスとトマトのシンプルなサラダ、スープはコンソメスープでした。
その後すぐにパスタと自家製パンが運ばれました。
川瀬チーズ工房のラクレットとマッシュルーム、合鴨のミートソース・・パスタはフェットチーネ、もちもちの食感がたまりません。平打ちパスタなのでソースともよーく絡みます。ミートソースにはたっぷりの合鴨のミンチ、ミートソースの上には、長万部の「川瀬チーズ工房」のラクレットチーズがたっぷり。ミートソースの温かさでチーズが溶けていくのが解ります。マッシュルームの食感もいいし、なかなか完成度の高いパスタですね。ワインとの相性もピッタリ！
自家製バケットにもミートソースをつけて最後まで楽しむことが出来ました。
オシャレな空間で気軽に美味しいものが頂けるステキなレストランだと思います！！
