午後から休みをとった。のんびり昼ごはんして帰ろ。
行ったことないとこ行こうか、お気に入りのお店にしようか、迷ってて発見。行ってみよ。
ランチタイムも終わりに近づき、先客は1人だけ。
お店の人も1人だけ。
「オムライスとハンバーグの店」って書いてあるから、両方いっちゃえ。
デミグラスハンバーグのせオムライス
サラダ付きで1630円
お箸置いてた。サラダをフォークで食べるの下手っぴなのでありがたい。
冷えてておいし。水切りもう一声。
オムライスにはパセリじゃなくて青のり。
卵は固めの半熟。
デミソースは、不思議な味わい。ライトな感じで和風？
最近食べたデミソースが苦めの深い味わいだったから、ギャップを感じて不思議な気分。デミグラスといっても色々あるものね。
ライスは白米かと思ったらなんか味ついてる。
食べたことあるけど何だっけ？
どーしても気になって尋ねてみたら、チキンのおだしを吸わせてるんだって。ああ！ってスッキリした。
変な質問してごめんなさいね、味音痴なもので。
ハンバーグは好みの肉肉しいやつ。
ソースなくてもいいくらい。粗挽きで食べ応えある。
これでハンバーガーしたら相当おいしいと思う。
