Used for lunch after getting nails done. I was aiming for the BM store further ahead, but it was so cold that I took shelter here. The store is located in the basement of a small building. I made Hamburg with original sauce. Is it a one-off operation? Lunch comes with a salad, but it came with Hamburg. Salads are fresh and tasty. The original sauce for Hamburg is onion sauce. There was also a demi-glace, but I wasn't looking for something that rich that day, so the light onion sauce was just right. The vegetables that came with Hamburg steak were quite filling, such as potatoes, broccoli, and carrots, but they all seemed a little undercooked. It may be that the texture is retained, but personally, I get the impression that the core remains in all of them. And what was very disappointing was the rice. Recently, the way I cooked it was so sticky that I've never seen it before. Hmm. . . If the rice is disappointing, the main impression will be diminished. I'm sure it was just a coincidence, but since Hamburg was delicious, the rice was a bit on the dry side.
