路地裏ビル2階のやや分かりずらい立地も、道路沿いに看板があるので簡単に辿り着けました。
平日13:00訪問で外待ち2組4名。
約15分程で入店着席。
店内は明るくナチュラルな小洒落たカフェ風でＬ字カウンターのみ。
オーダーは口頭で
●｢チキンカレー(レギュラー)(990円)」
店の説明によると『「玉ねぎが命」とのことで3軒の契約農家からの玉ねぎをブレンドした煮玉ねぎ｢とろとろたまねぎ｣をベースにカレーの種類によってスパイスの配合を変えて作っている』とのこと。また、｢当店のカレーは辛さをおさえて作ってます。辛いのがお好きな方は、卓上の辛いスパイスでお好みに調整してお召し上がりください」。
約５分程で来器。
店の説明通りかなりマイルド。やや油分はあるものの、正しく玉ねぎを大量に使っているのが分かる美味しいカレー。
丁寧に作ってますね。
ライスは、岩見沢の【松永園】の特製ブレンドで５分づきのお米を使用とのこと。
ちょっとボソッと感あり好みですね。フライドオニオンは特筆なし。
チキンは柔らかく美味しい！
一緒にスパイス(カイエン)を提供されるので辛さ調整できるのはいいですね。
食後、本日のひとくちデザートは、キール=お米と牛乳のデザート。
これ、口直ができ美味しい！！
全体的には、かなり丁寧に作られた、万人受けするほっこりする美味しいルーカレーで満足。次回はキーマとのハーフ&ハーフで再訪します。
