札幌市中央区大通りエリア、ル・トロワの8階飲食店街にあるスープカレー店。
エントランス、ボルドーレッドに白文字で屋号。
メニュー表示写真付きで出ています。
11時オープンで5分前に到着。
しばし待つ。
店内はカジュアルモダンで、アジアンリゾート思わせるオシャレさ。
テーブル席はゆったり配置されているの好感。
※鶏と野菜のスープカレー
レッグ、うずら卵、じゃがいも、人参、茄子、ピーマン、、インゲン、カボチャ、ブロッコリー。
野菜が見えて盛り付け美しい。
丁寧ですね。
辛さは5番
ライス350g。
スープは、いくらか濃厚な重みあり、オーソドックスな差上がり。
特段の個性はなくて万人ウケするカレーですね。
辛さは抑えめ、他店の3番4番くらいかな？
いつも他の店でも5番当たりにするがそれより辛味はは控えめな印象です。
レッグはやや小ぶりで肉に臭みはなく煮込まれて柔らかい。
ライスは白飯。
北海道米かな、炊き立てで美味しい。
350gはしっかりボリュームあり、これ追加料金なく選べるの嬉しい。
ライスにレモンつけられるんだけど、櫛形カットレモンを半分にしたもの。
この形じゃぁ絞りにくくないですか、、、。
11時から15時まではドリンクサービスあり。
ラッシーを食後に。
甘さ控えめ濃厚ラッシーでした。
12時過ぎるとゾクゾク客来店。
買い物客や、付近で働くサラリーマンやOLたち。
