YouTubeを見ていて発見した店。店の内装がカントリー調に統一されていてオシャレです。店員の女の子もサロペット？ジーンズ。今回は食べ放題飲み放題コースに突入。最初にチーズフォンデュが出てきます。このチーズの味が濃くて美味しい。次はしゃぶしゃぶ。出てきた肉にびっくり！見事なほどに高く積まれています。しかも店の名前のとおり見事に薄い！しゃぶしゃぶはスタンダードのタレは甘めのタレが用意されていますが、これだけで最後まで食べるのは辛い。LINE登録するとポン酢タレが無料という事なのですぐ登録。肉は箸で掴んで鍋に入れた瞬間一気に縮む感覚が新鮮。極限まで薄くスライスした効果なんでしょうかね。食感も今まで食べていたしゃぶしゃぶとは全く違いました。タレ以外にいろんな種類の塩が用意されています。一番気に入ったのはカレー塩。俵おにぎりに肉をのせた食べ方を店員さんが教えてくれます。これがまた美味しかった。締めのラーメンも肉の出汁に塩を振って味を調整しながらいただき、おかわりしてしまいました。店員さんが親切に説明してくれて美味しくいただきました。
