薬味は 玉ねぎおろし、刻みネギに
紅葉おろしの3種類
まずはお通しのチーズフォンデュが登場
チェダーチーズっぽい色合いで
チーズの風味と塩味が強めで
野菜につけても薄くならず美味しい！
鍋が沸騰した頃 お肉が登場！！
アイスランドの仔羊肉が
かき氷のように 薄く削られて
山盛りもりもりで運ばれます
お店の 可愛いおねいちゃんが

『お肉は 多めに取って
軽くしゃぶしゃぶして
レア状態で食べてみてください。』
と 言われた通りにしてみると
お肉が 柔らか～(＊ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3
しゃぶしゃぶのタレが甘めで
好みではなかったけど
いろいろな塩が揃っていて
味をアレンジしつつ いただきました
おにぎりは すし飯の様な俵型
わさび塩を掛けて 肉を乗せて
肉寿司のようにして いただくと美味しい！
ラーメンは なかなか コシがあります
しゃぶしゃぶ鍋のスープを取って
好みの塩で味付けして
塩ラーメンにしていただきます
