It's great that the meat looks exactly like it does on the menu. The meat really gets me excited. It was a busy time, so there weren't many customers... I wouldn't be surprised if the restaurant was fully booked. The actual dish is also truly impressive! The lamb is thinly sliced and towers up, but the thinner the slices, the easier they are to melt in your mouth and eat. I think I've become unable to eat thick lamb shabu shabu-shabu... lol After eating this twice for two people (which means we only got one refill), we were stuffed. When you order Onigiri, you get two servings of rice-shaped rice. So we ordered that twice. It's so delicious to put meat on this rice, cheese on it, or salt on it, and eat it as meat Sushi. It's irresistible. I recommend eating it rare. It melts in your mouth. We also ordered two servings of Ramen. It was just the right aftertaste. The soup was very oily and thick, so I asked them to change it, but they said it would be better not to change it because it would become the soup stock for Ramen, so I didn't change it. The actual Ramen was very oily, and it was perfect when I tried it. (You can sprinkle your favorite salt to season it and eat it as salt Ramen) There were about five types of salt to change the flavor, and they told me their recommendations, but I forgot lol I think there was one salt that I really liked The normal sauce was a little sweet, which went better with it than ponzu. I thought it was well thought out. It's shabu shabu, but it goes better with it than ponzu... One thing I think is that the variety of vegetables is a bit questionable. I wish there were a few more green onions (but vegetables are expensive, so it can't be helped) I was very satisfied and would recommend this restaurant to others.
