Good morning everyone. I'm glad that my food friend invited me this time. Let's go to ``Yakitori Soruto.'' An entrance that looks like a high-class sushi restaurant. You will be guided to an L-shaped counter. You can see the food being prepared. Today's chicken is "Miyazaki's Dodori" and I'll selection 7 types of omakase for 3,850 yen and see how it goes.First of all, I'll have it with beer♪ The fried chicken chicken dish with the appetizer are hot and thick, and the tips are cut off. It's cooked, but it's a nice piece of meat. Before you eat yakitori, this is an innovative and interesting appetizer. It goes well with beer. Dakimi is breast meat with skin on. It's plump and chewy, but moist and soft and delicious. Mountain wasabi The 7 types of omakase are served with green onion, ginkgo, and red eggplant. The neck is topped with sagari and 7 types of meatballs are served in a soup. The more you chew, the more flavor comes out in the neck and the springy texture of the sardines. In between, add cucumber and mustard. When I asked for the pickles and fried tofu ponzu separately, I was grateful that they served them in small portions.In the end, we each ordered Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) (about a bowlful).I would prefer it to be less sweet and a little sweeter.The soup at the end was chicken.
