札幌の中心地、狸小路にある有名なパフェ「パフェ、珈琲、酒、佐藤 」の分店。
"離れ"ですのでパフェ、珈琲、酒、佐藤の建物に併設されている形です。
本店が混んでいたたためナビで佐々木さんの方に行こうとしたのですが、、、、
酔っ払っていたため、「佐藤 本店」から近い花れを佐々木と勘違い。
そのまま佐々木と思い込んだまま並んでました(笑)
『珈琲と赤果実』
コロンビアベースとモカの２種類のコーヒーのアイスに酸味あるベリーを乗せた一品。
ビターな珈琲の味わいにバナナのような味わいもプラス。
上に乗った三角形の焼き菓子は黒コショウがかかって刺激的です＾＾
ほろ苦い茶色のコーヒーのアイス。
白いアイスも珈琲ベースですが、甘みがこちらの方があります。
そこにベリーの酸味でうまく調和されているようですね。
『ショコラとマンゴー』
こちらは相方さんが注文した一品。
ビターチョコアイス、ホワイトチョコアイス、マンゴーソルベのアイス。
フランスヴァローナ社の「ホワイト＆ビター」のチョコレートを使用。
生チョコもひょっこりあって、チョコ好きにはたまらないですよ
