2時間ほど呑んだ後にせっかくだからと思い来店。23時ごろに本店に到着。通路を隔てたところまで並んでいたため、裏にあるこちらの「花れ」へ。同じく並んでいましたがこちらの方が待ち人数が少なく待つことにしました。結局30分ぐらい並び入店。5月といえども寒い日で6℃ぐらいの気温のためこの時点で酔いは覚めていました。笑
こちらの店舗ではカウンターのみでバーのような雰囲気です。おそらくコンセプトとしてもそのようにされているかと思います。メニューにもお酒の種類がいくつかありました。
塩キャラメルとピスタチオ、季節のフルーツを注文。提供までに40分ぐらいかかりました。行列だったりで仕方ないのかなとは思いつつも少し残念でした。。
どちらもこだわり抜かれて丁寧に作られていました。ピスタチオのアイスやカシスのようなムース、甘さと酸味の相性が良かったです。季節のフルーツではイチゴやピンクグレープフルーツの組み合わせでこれまでに無いものでした。フレッシュさとムースなどが上手く混ざり合って美味しかったです。
混んでいなかったらおすすめです。
