北海道産のサフォークを食べるのが初めてだったので、定員さんが詳しく教えてくれた。
羊のクセがなく、すごく食べやすかった。
値段は高めだが、あのお肉なら納得。
ただお野菜とかはもう少し値段を下げて...
サフォークのラムは別格でした。割高に感じるかもしれませんが、それを越える美味しさと感動があります。
行者ニンニクとソーセージも美味しかったです！
3種類の肉種類が用意されているランチジンギスカン定食。普通に良い価格するんですが、とにかく美味しいって言える羊のお肉さんでした。ラコーン種っていうフランス産のジンギスカンは、クセがないといえば違うけど...

士別サフォークが絶品
肝臓やホルモンなど限られた店でしか食べれない部位も美味しかったです。
またぜひ行きたい
コースで食べました。いろいろな部位を楽しめます。店員さんも優しく，焼き方を教えてくれます。部位ごとに焼き加減が書かれたラベルが付けられているので、その加減で焼くと美味しく頂けます。
雪まつり期間中にジンギスカン屋さんに行きました。
会場からは少し歩きますが、店内は観光客の方が多いように思いました。
