いし田コース
士別サフォークいただきました
士別サフォークは大変貴重なものらしく
お値段もそれなりにしますが
高級焼肉店で1.5から3万くらいのコースを食べるより
お買い得感はあります
以前都内の高級焼肉店で2.5万のコースの記憶がありましたが
やはり高級な牛は脂が濃くて美味いですが
飽きがきやすかったですが
サフォークの脂はなぜかあっさりしてます
サフォークが美味しいのは当たり前ですが
羊の肉じゃがとタラバガニのグラタンが
口の中をリフレッシュさせてもらえて良いのと
蟹やら雲丹がある事で北海道感が満喫できました
今日は売り切れでしたが
次回はレバ刺しを食べてみたいです

昼どきなので
今日はオーストラリア産をいただきます
炭火の店はオーストラリア産でも癖がなく
美味しいです
夏休みでファミリーの方が来てましたが
どこのジンギスカン屋さんも忙しいそうです
また夜にゆっくりサフォークを食べに来たいですね
久しぶりに、きたら
ワインの種類がめっちゃ増えててびっくり
さすがに
昼から一人でワインは厳しそうなので
次回は夜予約して
ゆっくりワインをいただきにきます
