北一条通沿いのＳＴＶさんの向かい側の建物２階にあるジンギスカンのお店。
知人から美味しいサフォークを食べられると聞いたので、嫁と２人で晩ご飯でお邪魔してみました。
テーブル席が多数配置された店内。
予約をしていなくてもすぐに席に案内されましたが、たくさんのお客さんが来ていたので、行かれる方は予約した方が良いと思います。
お肉はジンギスカン鍋で焼くスタイルで、排気ダクトは付いているものの、衣服に臭いはつきました。
注文はタブレットで行います。
ジンギスカンは、士別サフォーク、オーストラリア産メリノ種、フランス産ラコーン種を食べることができます。
それぞれセットメニューなどもありますが、私達はサフォークが食べたかったので、お肉は「２名様サフォーク盛り合わせ（7,500円）」を注文し、その他に「ミネラルウォーターもやし（300円）」、「カボチャ（300円）」、「札幌黄 玉ねぎ（300円）」などを注文しました。
お通しの「ラムスジ煮込み（500円）」を食べながら待つこと５分程でお肉の登場。
盛り合わせには、サーロイン、カルビ、ランプ、中落ちカルビ、ショルダーの５種類のお肉がついていました。
最初のお肉はスタッフさんが焼き上げてくれて、焼いている間にお肉の調達のことや焼き方など、イロイロな拘りについて説明してくれました。
お肉はどの部位も臭みは無く、道産子の私でもこれまで食べたことがないくらい美味しかったですが、個人的にはサーロインが１番美味しく感じました。
希少なお肉なので料金は高額となりますが、美味しいジンギスカンを食べたい時には良いと思います。
