食前酒（ワインまたはグレープジュース）が登場。会計には入ってなかったからサービスなんだろうな。
生肉を焼いて食べてます、というのがそのまま感じるお肉のみずみずしさ（？）。美味しい。油がのっているがあっさり。羊の風味は感じるが決して臭みではなく、ジンギスカンが初めての人には食べやすいのかな、と私は思った。同行人は、クセがなさすぎて、ジンギスカンを食べてる感じがしないと物足りなかったようだ。
鼻をかんでいたらしっとりタイプのボックスティッシュを出してくれたり、会計時は一円単位の端数をカットしてくれたり、帰りに貼るタイプのカイロをくれたり、心遣いを感じる接客サービス。
コスパ的な意味ではなく、他店と比べて金額は高め。土地代かなと思ったが、観光客相手にしては場所が少し遠いし、周辺の会社員相手にしては値段が高いし（飲み会利用するには難しそう）、どの層に向けてなのかよくわからず不思議なお店だった。
