When I was looking at Dosanko Wide, I caught a glimpse of this shop. I've always been curious about it. I went during lunch time, and there were only a few customers so I could get in without waiting. We had meat from Shibetsu, Suffolk, and Australia, but they were expensive. It's Shibetsu. So I got the Australian shoulder roast. The meat is delicious. If you eat it rare, you will get a nice smell of lamb. However, the sauce is so salty that it doesn't stick to the fat at all. There's only salt, pepper, and a pinch of spice on the table. It would have been nice to have a delicious sauce and some clever spices, but... I also received some Suffolk liver, and it was so beautiful that I thought it could have been eaten as is. I received it medium rare. It was an expensive shop, but the set that included various parts might be a good deal.
