狸小路の通りから1本外れた通りの角にあるお店
看板を見ると「GARAKU系」とのことなので、修行されたのでしょうか？
初めてで、ふらぁ～っと入ったのですが
大変な人気店のようで、私はお昼過ぎに入ったのですが席はすべて埋まっており
控えのシートで「待ち」でした
これはまだまだ良い方で、後日何度かお店の方を見てるとお盆休み中とは言え大行列になっておりました
店員さんは大変丁寧でスマートな接客
一人客の私にも順番を守り、4人掛けのテーブルを案内して頂けて
有難いやら恐縮するやら、でした
ハンバーグのスープカレーのハンバーグは肉を感じる豪快なお味で
スープカレーと相性が抜群です
野菜の中で目立って美味しかったのは。ブロッコリーで
素揚げの塩梅がいいのか、食感が素晴らしく、スープカレーと絡んで
大変美味しく頂けました
改めて札幌のスープカレーのレベルの高さを思い知る
そんなお店でした
