札幌幌市狸小路の近くにるスープカレーの「TREASURE」（トレジャー）
近くの当店が味を受け継いだという「GARAKU」は。営業時間内にスープが無くなるほど、観光客にも人気のお店があるが
トレジャーは主に地元の方に人気のお店。
店内は大変明るく、スープカレーは、ややシックな落ち着きのある雰囲気のお店が比較的多く感じられる中では、女性向けのお店かもしれない。平日夜2回目の訪問だが、いづれも女性客が大半だった。
この日も15種を使用した「彩り野菜」。
和風出汁と肉醤を使用したというスープは甘さの中にある香辛料の刺激に、奥行きのある複雑な味覚が重なりなり、「旨味」に。さらにフリットされた野菜に馴染み、野菜自体に美味しさもあるのも特徴だろう。
店内はカフェ風。落ち着いて、会話を楽しみながらゆっくり食べられるのが嬉しい。
