札幌スープカレーの超人気店【GARAKU】の姉妹店で同じ通り沿いの近場立地。
※店の説明によると｢GARAKUの進化系系列店。和風ダシと秘伝醬の新定番」とのこと。
休日17:35訪問ですんなり入店も、直ぐにインバウンド中心のほぼ観光客で満席。退店時は数名の待ち客あり。
店内はカウンター、テーブル席でカジュアルPOPな雰囲気。GARAKUのお土産コーナーも。
オーダーは口頭で、
◆｢サクッと揚げレッグ(1430円)」

同行者は、

約25分掛かり来器。
スープは和出汁にスパイスの王道系だがやや酸味あり。コクあり美味しいのは美味しいがこの酸味はやや好み分かれるかな・・・本来は苦手な方向。でも夏にはいい感じかも。
辛さは耐性ある小生にはピリ辛程度。もう少し上げた方がよかったかも。
具材は、揚げチキンは及第点。
野菜も全般的に特筆なしも、牛蒡の笹がきが食感よくいいですね。スープカレーでこのカットは珍しい。
ライスは、雑穀米のターメリックでややパサつきも。
全体的には、基本酸味系はあまり得意ではないが、辛さを4にしたので酸味がややマスキングされ、ちゃんとコクが伝わりこれはこれで美味しいのは美味しい。
ただ、同行者の辛さ2を試したが、この辛さ低めでの酸味は苦手でした。
この系列は知名度抜群で観光客にすごい人気ですが、並びのデメリットを差引いても地元民に人気薄なのがやや納得。接客もよく決して美味しく無いわけではないが、もっと美味しい店がたくさんありますもんね。
でも、もう一つの系列のルーカレー店は好みでしたが・・・
