By changing the combination depending on the fruits used, we bring out the original charm of the ingredients to the fullest. Please enjoy our authentic ``fruit sandwich'' made with special care for the dough, cream, and fruit.

90% of the fruit used is domestic. They never use frozen or canned fruit, and only carefully select fruit that is graded "excellent" or "superior." They also stock rare fruit such as Kasugai Peaches, Yamanashi Prefecture's top brand, and Gold Barrel Pineapple. They wrap the fruit in jelly or use different doughs and creams to create fruit sandwiches that make the most of the ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons, so you can enjoy different "delicious" treats every time you visit.
