Food Mont Blanc combined with seasonal ingredients
Mont Blanc cream is made from carefully kneaded chestnut paste and gently seasoned with brown sugar and butter. Each part is combined with carefully selected seasonal fruits and is created by a pastry chef based on a recipe while observing the ingredients. Only domestic chestnuts are used. The Japanese chestnuts used vary depending on the season. <All year round - Miyazaki prefecture production, December - limited quantity, Kyotanba Wachi production>
Food Croissant nature made with Hokkaido ingredients
After much trial and error, the flour was blended with Hokkaido's richly fragrant wheats ``Sum Rera'' and ``Haru Yokoi.'' The croissants are made with plenty of rich fermented butter from Betsukai Town in eastern Hokkaido, and have a very luxurious taste. We offer a parfait dessert using this slightly salty croissant in combination with seasonal flavors.

Our carefully selected herbal tea is an original blend of Organic Food herbs grown organically by Kayu Seikatsu in Kitami, Hokkaido. Carefully grown herbs lead to peace of mind and body. byS blend coffee is a coffee for Sweets that combines Brazilian "premium chocolate" with fruity "geisha". After receiving your order, we will carefully extract it using a drip method. We also offer domestically grown tea grown without pesticides from Uji, Kyoto.

When you open the antique white door and climb the stairs, the aroma of freshly baked Sweets fills the air. The gray-based interior is decorated with delicate and beautiful dried flowers. Dried flowers on the wall can also be purchased. The spacious interior has a total of 19 seats: 7 at the counter, 2 seats for 2 people in a box, and 2 seats for 4 people in a box.
