スープカレー・ルーカレー・唐揚げ・スパイス料理のスパイスカフェです！
バスセンター前・大通り駅のダブルアクセス。観光名物2条市場前にあるカフェです！ |
とある休日、ランチにてウロウロしていたらこちらを発見！未訪問なのでなだれ込みました二条市場エリアのカレー屋さんです。
店内は比較的コンパクトでズラっとカウンターと奥に少しテーブル席があるようで入店時は空いていましたがあっという間に満席になりました。
BGMはリズミカルな音楽が流れています。
この日メニューより、色々悩んだ挙句"エビと野菜のトマトカレー(950円)”と我慢出来ずに"スパから(トッピング350円)”をキレイな女性ご主人にお願いしてみます。
では一口・・・おーっ、スパイシー！。
ルーはカレーのルーらしくない感じの見た目トマトを煮込んで少し実が残りました…的な出で立ちでひと口食べたら・・・濃厚なトマトそのもの味わいに香り立つスパイスでして食欲がソソられる後からじんわり辛さが残る印象です。
具材としては多めのブロッコリー、尻尾付きの比較的大きめのエビ4尾、トマトの皮が残っていて説得力高いです。
別注のスパからは…揚げたてでグッド、1つがお弁当サイズ2個位の大きさがあり、ぷりっぷりな食感と醤油ベースなのかなぁ。。。優しいタレの甘旨い味わいがお肉にも染み込んでおり思っていたより美味しいんです♪。
ご飯は薄い黄色のカレーに合わせたものなのかと。
サイドには細切り人参、同じく生姜、紫キャベツ酢漬け辺りを確認出来ました。
ふと、二条市場エリアも観光客がたくさん訪れるようになって良かったですね。
