追加でパンの鶏ハムのブルーチーズ炙り ん〜パンがイマイチ
二品目の牛タンはシェフ曰く、肉のサラダと思っていただきたい！って
牛タン自体はペラペラで感想は特に無いけど、一緒に炒めた春菊が美味しいわ
ハマグリはぷっくりとした身も、空芯菜の塩梅もちょうど良いね
ただ二品続けてお料理の色味が茶色に緑なのはダメ
メインの上富良野ポークは低温調理をされた物を、野菜と共に鉄板で仕上げる手法
ナスやズッキーニは火を入れると本当に美味しいね^ ^
ポークも周りがカリッとして中はしっとり
ソースも数種類あって楽しめる
シェフやスタッフも、程よく話しかけてくれたり接客はとても感じが良いからワインも進むよ^ ^
テラス席もあって夕涼みで一杯♫なんてのも素敵だわ
ビール2杯とスパークリング、白、赤で確か8,000円ちょい也
