2023年6月土曜日18時に予約して訪問しました。
久しぶりに友人との店飲みです。
オシャレな店内で、女性客、カップルが多い中おっさん2人で来店してすいません。
オシャレな店内で、スタッフ皆さんイケメンのお兄さんです。
おしぼりが竹で出てきました。なんか良いですね。
その時の接客もかなり好感が持てました。
メインを肉の種類分けられるとの事で合鴨肉と牛肉のハーフにしました。
まずはビールからクラシック喉越し滑らかで美味い。
料理を待ちつつ飲みますが、無くなる前に店員さんが聞きに来てくれてホスピタリティの高さがうかがえます。
【前菜】
4種類。甘エビぷりぷりで甘く薬味がシャキシャキと美味い。グラスに入ったベビーコーンとオクラをジュレで優しい味です。下に皮剥きしたミニトマトです。美味すぎる。
サラミ、程よい塩味でビールに合います。
パテも塩味が最高でビールに合います。
ラムのたたき、赤身のしっとりと食感美味い。
美味いの連呼ですが、仕方ありません。
【サラダ】
ベーコンサラダ、ベーコンデカいです。良い香りがします。
ナイフで切って頂きます。脂をあまり感じずにあっさり食べれます。塩味は強いのでお酒に合います。
野菜にはバルサミコ酢とチーズがかかっておりあっさり食べれます。
次にスタッフさんが、食事の内容を聞きに来ます。チャーハンとパスタを選べるとの事で、悩みつつ、チャーハンを選択です。
【ごちそうラップ】
サクラマスと海鮮の和風炒め。初めラップて何かなと思ってたらこういう事か、海鮮がラップに包まれて出てきます。ラップを取ると海鮮の良い香りがします。
まずはアサリを、美味い。
久しぶりの大当たりのお店です。
サクラマス優しい味でほっこりします。野菜も素材の味が生かされています。
メインの前に満足してしまった。
【メイン】
アスパラの存在感が凄いです。お肉も美味しそうです。
まずはアスパラを大きいですが、甘くて美味い。
合鴨肉、弾力がありカシスソースの甘みが合います。付け合わせの椎茸も味が濃くて美味い。
付け合わせのナスもジューシー。
牛肉あっさり食べられます。熟成肉かな？肉の旨みを感じます。
【食事】
鉄板チャーハン。
甘み、塩味、薬味の味のバランスが素晴らしい。
大満足のディナーでした。
是非、今のスタンスで長く続いて欲しいです。
