スパイスモンスターの看板ですが
お店はアマンです。
券売機には
おおまかに3セット。
カレー2種が選べる
ターリーセットをポチ。
口頭で
ライスかナン→ナンを伝え、
えび、ほうれん草とじゃがいもの
カレーを選びました。
辛さは選べませんでしたが
伝えたら辛く出来たと
後で知りました。
ドリンクはサービスで
スープとコーヒーサーバーがあり
セルフです。
スープは色が濃く、
何だろう？？？
恐々、飲んでみると、
後からサンラータンの
お酢が薄い風味を感じました。
卵も入っていました。
個性的でなかなか美味しい。
後に、和と中華のスープと聞きました。
カレーのエビは
エビ出汁感はなく、
ほうれん草カレーは
スパイス感がなく、無味。
辛くなるのを懸念して
スパイスが薄いのでしょうか。
インドで日本人向きに
作られたカレーみたいな味。
ナンは香ばしさがなかったかな。
サラダのドレッシングが
とても美味しかったです♪
「辛くなかったですか？」から
貸し切りの店内でシェフさんと談笑。
ルスツ、ニセコで
ホテルマンをされていたそうです。
お料理はイタリアンもイケルみたい。
３月から３か月、
実家に帰られるそうですよ。
えっ？はっ？？
興味深いお話が出来ました♪
シェフさんが変わるので
味も変わるかもしれませんね。
