麻婆豆腐定食を注文。
辛さについて、店員さんに確認。
私 「激辛はけっこう辛いですか…？」
店員「辛いです。」
私 「……激辛で。」
↑の不毛なやり取りにも笑顔で対応してくださった店員さん、ありがとうございました。多少不安はあるが麻婆豆腐は辛さ上限を食べたくなる笑
来ました。
マーボは土鍋でグツグツ、ライスも凄いボリュームです。
最近はなかなか出会わない、唐辛子特化系の麻婆豆腐です。辣は唐辛子の小口切りと辣油で増してるようで、塩気も程よい。ちょうど玉林酒家のラータン程度の辛さで、個人的には好みの辛さ。ジャージャンは豚肉、強めに焼き付けているタイプ。
流行りとは違うかも知れませんが、粗末なベースに花椒が掛かっているだけのモノが絶賛されたりしている中で、こちらはプロのお味というか、はるかに旨い、しっかり作り込まれた麻婆豆腐です。
