Born in January 1984 in Obihiro City. After graduating from high school, he worked at a hotel in Obihiro, then moved to a hotel in Sapporo, where he worked as sous chef and head chef at ``The Jewels'' and ``Nouvelle Pouse Okurayama,'' before becoming head chef at ``THE GARDEN SAPPOROHOKKAIDOGRILLE.''
