店名の暖簾が、美味しく呑めるよ〜と誘う暖簾。
ここ、、店名は違うけど、来たことあるなぁ、、
ホテル朝食だけど、夜もリーズナブルで呑めたお店のような気がします。
変わったのね。
照明が明るい店内。
それぞれグループの盛り上がりが、半端ない！

◆日本酒のおでん出汁割り 390円

ワタクシはよくわからないけど、日本酒のラインナップがすごい！と言っていた、
「新政」のラインナップ。
オーダーしたら、品切れだったのだけど、すごいんですって！
映えのさば缶のポテサラは、さばが上に乗っていて、ポテサラの中にも。
さば特有の感じもしっかりな存在感。
器は、サバ缶を。
おでん出汁割りの日本酒は、
最初にお酒だけが出てきて、半分呑んだら声がけして、お出汁を入れてくれる。
ひとくちもらい、ンーーーーおでんのお出汁だ！
グラスは、ワンカップ大関のグラス。
器がサスティナブル！
