最近ジンギスカンを食べて無かったので、
無性に食べたくなり
少し前から気になっていたこちらのお店へ
お伺いしてきました
しっかりオープンの時間に予約して、いざ入店

まずやみつきキムチが名前の通り、やみつきに
これ、ずっと食べてられるわー
センマイ刺しは臭みなくて、食感もあって好き
タレが良い塩梅だった
そして、お肉達が登場
とにかく柔らかいのよ
そして、そのまま食べても臭みは感じず、
旨味を感じる
特製タレに刻み玉ねぎを入れて一緒に食べると
思わず女子になっちゃう
味変で卓上の「魔法の塩」をかけたら旨味増して最高
そして、お店名物の飲めるジンギスカンは
本当に飲み物かと思った笑笑
オンザライスして文句なし
あっさり冷麺で〆る
酢を入れると違った味を楽しめるのも嬉しい
もう少し食べたかったので、追加でラムチョップ
これね、ヤヴァすぎ
肉汁に溺れたくなる
しっかりした肉で食べごたえハンパない
大満足な食事でした
店員さんもチャキチャキしてて、活気あるお店
また食べに来たいですね
