東京で人気らしい焼肉店。
札幌初出店。
休日13:00訪問で先客後客0でかなり寂しい感じ。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席でやや小洒落雰囲気。
オーダーは、

コースは基本的に全て店員さんがベストな焼き加減に焼いてくれ、8種類のおすすめソースでいただきます。

全体的には、少しずつ色々な部位を食する事ができていいですね。
特に和牛3種と“やきすき”は鉄板の美味しさでしたが、初めて食したシマチョウを出汁でが特に印象に残りました。
接客もよく、CPもいいですね。
ただ、少しでも野菜系(ミニサラダ)でもあれば更に嬉しいかな。
飲み放題込み(90分)のお得なコースも3種あるので、次回は飲み含めて再訪してみます。
