味が非常に優れているというよりは、「実績解除」の面で並ぶのが間違いない 繁華街に入り込む位置の素敵な立地や、狭い店内のカウンターテーブル、かなりはちゃめちゃなオペレーション、そして一時間以上平気で並ぶことなど、味だけでなく総合的な顧客体験として「面白い」店だと言えると思う 「すすきの名物」の看板に偽りはない
