22:00頃店舗着 待ちなし 10席ほどでカウンターのみ
1人か2人組ばかり なんかたまたまなのか韓国人の客が多かった
まずは飲み物、その後有料だが野菜を乗せて良いか聞かれる お腹いっぱいだったが結構ですとは言えず YES
上肉、ヒレは売り切れあると聞いていたがまだあった！
では上肉を！
羊の脂の塊 牛脂のようなもの を鉄板の上に乗せて
野菜を周りに 羊の脂で野菜が美味しくなるらしい
さてさて肉が着いて、鉄板に
サッと裏返ししばらくすると
女将さんのような店員さんが、
もう食べられるよ！と声がけ
赤いですけど？大丈夫なんですか？
大丈夫なんです！ミディアムレアがオススメです！
と。
