初訪問です
すすきのでは屈指の老舗、名店ですね
すし善出身の先代はハワイで○鮨ハワイ店を営んでおり、札幌のこちらのお店は2代目にバトンタッチされています
お若い現店主は東京の小笹での修行経験があるようですね

L字(というか「し」の字)のカウンター

非常に落ち着いた雰囲気
つまみと握りが交互に出てくるスタイル
鮪は藤田水産とのこと
北海道で藤田水産から鮪を取っているところはこちらだけのようですね
こちらでは干し数の子が有名ですが大変おいしかったです
なかなか予約がとれずにいたので今回訪問できて嬉しかったです
もしいつか機会があればまた訪問したいですね(^ ^)
