友人がまる鮨さんを予約してくれました。
以前ハワイのお店も予約してくれました。
ハワイは先代が軽い気持ちで始めたそうですが今ではかなり忙しいようです。(^_^;)
これで親子2代のお鮨を頂くことになります。
早速ビールで乾杯して開始！
つまみから握りへ。
まあ何しろ美味い！！
シャリは少し硬めの握りですが悪くない。
いやいや、先代軽く越えてるんじゃない？？
あと、このお店オリジナルの干数の子を米のとぎ汁で戻したものを頂きましたがこれが抜群に美味い。
私数の子はどちらかというと好んで食べるものでは無いのですがこれは美味い！
少しずつ囓って酒飲むのが良いね。
いいなあ、北海道。
