今年のバースデーディナーはこちら。
わーい！お鮨♪
最初は必ずアジの握り。
身厚で脂がのっていて美味しい！
穴子のキジ焼。
美味しくて鰻並に好きでした。
穴子って独特のわずかな苦みが気になってそんなに鰻のように好きでは無かったのですが、それを一切感じず美味しすぎました。
アワビ。
昔は苦手だったアワビも今となっては好物に。
旨味あり美味しかったです。
タコ。
最近イカタコ大好きなので嬉しい。絶妙な食感。
握りは、イカ、ウニ、トロ、追加の穴子と鉄火が美味しかったです♪
他であまり食べないような握りも色々出てきました。
さて、光り物、たち、カズノコ、タラコ、食べれないことはないけど苦手な食材達が結構出てきましたが、どれも大変食べやすくて美味しく頂けました。
それでも得意にはなれないですが…笑
鼻が良いもので、少しでも臭みあると駄目なんですよね…。あと食感もダメだと受け付けない…。
和食、お鮨は苦手な物出てくること多いですが、勉強になるのでたくさん行きたいですね！
