すっかり定番となった札幌のシメパフェ文化。
そんなシメパフェが流行るずっと前から、すすきので活躍を続けるのスイーツのお店がある。1995年創業の『ミルク村 SAPPORO本店』、すでに30年近い歴史を誇ります。ただ、ここはいわゆるパフェの店ではありません。ここは”酔う”アイスクリームを提供しているのです。どういうことか、なんと常時100種類以上にも及ぶリキュールをアイスクリームにかけていただくスタイルになっております。
大きなガラスカップの中に、たっぷりのアイスクリーム。さっぱりとした甘さが様々なリキュールの受け皿としてふさわしい。そのままでも美味しいのですが、リキュールの色にすっかり染まってくれます。多すぎて決められないよ、って方もご安心ください。スタッフの方々に”強め”とか”甘め”とかオーダーすればオススメを持ってきてくれますよ。
Bセット（カップアイスクリーム、リキュール三種）。おまかせで”強め”でオーダー。まさか、こんな高額なリキュールまで存在しているとは。個人的にはリンゴのブランデーであるカルヴァドスがお気に入り。強いアルコールのニュアンスも、りんごのフルーティな香りはアイスクリームとすこぶる相性が良い。
