北海道札幌市の繁華街すすきのにあるソフトクリームに好みのお酒をかけてカスタマイズして楽しむ唯一無二の大人なソフトクリームバーです。
ソフトクリームは北海道牛乳を使ってその日の分だけ作る新鮮なソフトクリーム。オレンジリキュールと生クリームの入ったソフトクリームタイプのアイスクリームだそうです。
それに好みの蒸留酒をかけてカスタマイズします。りんごのリキュールでリンゴソフトクリーム、抹茶のリキュールで抹茶ソフトクリームの完成です。
パティシエの店主さんがフレンチスイーツのインスピレーションを得て考案したそうです。

なんだかファンシーなキャラクターの珈琲カップとクッキーの形です。
フランスと言うかラテンな音楽が流れています。
ファンシーな内装。
めちゃ、すすきのっぽいです。
バーにしては早い時間の15時に来店。先客1組。
