札幌雪まつりに行くために友人と札幌へ。
久々の雪まつりで雪像を沢山見物し、小腹ついでにべっこう飴を食べたんですが、思いの外大きく、お腹がちょっと膨れてしまいましたw
お昼の時間になってもそこまでお腹すかず、ラーメンはきつい、困ったなあ…と友人と話し合い狸小路の通りを歩いている時に見かけたこちらの店舗「モディッシュカフェ」さんでランチをすることにしました。
調べてみたらこちらは「リッチモンドホテル」さんと隣接しているお店みたいですね！
今回は「海老ときのこのトマトクリームパスタ(￥1200+税)」を注文しました。
デザートも注文したかったのですが、べっこう飴が全然お腹に残ってるのでパス！
待つこと10分ほどでパスタが到着しました。
名前に恥じないほどトマトクリームが麺と絡まっており、海老やきのこもおしゃれに盛りつけられております。
海老がプリプリで、トマトソースが濃厚でした。
大きな紫レタスも特徴的ですね！
ちなみに誕生日や記念日の方にはお祝いとして予約制するとチョコソースで文字がかかれた「プチシューマウンテン」も注文できるみたいですよ！
今はあるかわかりませんがデザートメニューに「モディッシュパフェ(￥3000)」があり、ボリュームがすごいんですよ！
次回行ったとしたらデザートメニューもいただこうと思います。
